Graham Agnew - Senior Pastor |

Graham has been the Senior Pastor at Northside Community Church since September 1998. Prior to that, he spent 17 years as Senior Minister at Marion Church of Christ, Adelaide. He graduated from the Churches of Christ Theological College, Melbourne in 1976.
Graham has a strong desire for people to see the local church as a centre of inspiration, service and personal growth. He is passionate about leading a relaxed and informal church that connects with everyday Australians. These points of motivation are reflected unmistakably in his ministry style – especially his “How To” approach to speaking.
With a background in commerce, Graham has always tried to remain current in his understanding of issues relating to the business world. In the setting in which he finds himself, he believes this to be very important.
Over the years, he has spoken at many Business Conventions within Australia and at one time received a "Best Speakers Award" from the National Speakers Association of Australia. He is also an Instructor with the internationally renowned Dale Carnegie organization, assisting people from all walks of life in the areas of communication, stress management & human relations.
Graham is married to Bev they have two adult children, Tamara and Cameron.

Samuel Haddon - Associate Pastor |

Sam has been a member of Northside Community Church since 1998 and joined the team in June 2005 as our Youth Coordinator. Stepping back briefly to pursue speaking opportunities, Sam reached many high school students delivering personal development seminars. He rejoined the Team as an Associate Pastor in May 2007.
Sam is currently studying his M.Ministry with the Londen Institute in Southern California and a B.Theology at Sydney College of Divinity. In the 10 years since leaving high school, he has completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, whilst working for one of Australia's premier property groups.
As the minister for Young Adults and Youth, Sam also oversees Northside's media and is actively involved in the operation of our Conference Centre. His passion is to see others develop a transforming relationship with God.

Michael Thomas - Worship Pastor |

Michael has been a part of Northside Community Church since March 2005 when he moved to Sydney from Western Australia. He has a background in Worship and Creative Arts Ministry as well as teaching and regular performances.
In addition to his role within the Northside Team, Michael is currently studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, learning from internationally acclaimed pianist Gerard Willems. Michael conducts a number of choral and instrumental ensembles and works regularly as an accompanist in Sydney's music scene.
Michael is passionate about bringing an offering of worship that delights the Lord. He has a strong desire to discover more of God's presence and help lead people to a deeper intimacy with Him.

Greer Dokmanovic - Children's & Young Families Pastor |

|
Greer has been attending Northside Community Church since 2004 and was appointed to the position of Children and Young Families Pastor in February 2007. She is currently studying her Bachelor of Theology through the Australian College of Ministries, but for the five years prior to this, Greer was a Drama Teacher at Sydney's Tyndale Christian School.
Greer has a strong belief that children and young people are not only the church of tomorrow, but a vitally important part of church today. She's passionate about her work and under her leadership, our Children's Ministry is flourishing.
Greer is married to Phil and they have a daughter, Ruby.

Irene Henricks - Operations Manager |

|
Irene serves as our Operations Manager for both the church and the Northside Conference Centre.
Originally from the USA, Irene and family have lived in China and New Zealand prior to settling in Australia. She holds a Masters Degree in Communication Studies and has a wealth of experience in administrative and executive roles.
Irene is married to Ken and they have two children, a daughter, Elle, currently attending ANU and son, KC who attends Northside’s Youth Ministry.
Irene brings enthusiasm, energy and a firm commitment towards the future growth of Northside.

Anne Robinson - Administrative Assistant |

|
A member of Northside since 1996, Anne has been applying her gifts and passion in this administrative role since December 2002. She has had considerable experience and training as a personal Assistant in the travel industry prior to her ministry appointment.
Anne has a real passion for the Church and this can be seen in the way she encourages and empowers people in their journey of life and faith.
Anne is married to Brian with two adult and married sons.

Monica McKenzie - Administrative Assistant |

Monica has been a member of Northside since 1983 and today serves on the Team as an Administrative Assistant.
She has a varied working background with over 10 years in the Hospitality Industry and more recently, serving as PA to the Headmaster of a large Private School on the Northern Beaches. At Northside, Monica has particular responsibilities for promoting our Conference Centre and assisting with functions.
For relaxation, she can be seen running on the beach not far from her home, as well as kayaking on Sydney Harbour.
