Sunday 14th September 2008 - 6.00PM: Jesus is famous for His parables:  simple stories

with a spiritual meaning - at least that's what we've been lead to believe.  In reality, Jesus' parables were revolutionary statements about the nature of God and how He views us.  They would have stunned the people of Jesus' day and their potency is just as strong in 2008.
